With EPDM rubber. Extremely durable synthetic rubber. The perfect material for waterproofing the area around the screw head.   

Used during roof installations as the rubber prevents leaks.   

The rubber is bonded to the underside of the metal washer. Once installed, the rubber seal is compressed onto the roof sheeting thus creating a watertight seal.
