Special-order items may take longer; estimated lead time will be provided upon order confirmation.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.
Bulk orders may qualify for free delivery—please email us to confirm eligibility.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use it to monitor your delivery status.
Return & Exchange Policy Return Window
- Items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is included.
- Items Not Eligible for Return.
- Custom-made or special-order items.
- Clearance/final sale products.
- Opened electrical or safety equipment.
How to Return an Item
Email salesjacobs@eis.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond with return instructions.
Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
